Bush Pepper is a fresh, contemporary Australian influenced restaurant, using a mix of Australian and Cornwall’s finest ingredients to produce an array of dishes that bring a new twist to the usual dining options in Newquay. Owner and Chef Australian Chris Brookes has worked within the industry for 14 years and has travelled many countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, France and the UK.

He met his wife, Heather whilst travelling Europe and have settled in Cornwall. With the realisation that Australian food incorporates the finest elements of many dishes around the world, Bush Pepper provided the opportunity to share his passion of cooking.
